Toni Congedo is the Supervisor of the Embryology Lab.  In more than 20 years of embryology experience, always working at the highest levels of the discipline, Toni has accumulated an impressive array of skills.  In an increasingly specialized field, she is an expert in every aspect of human embryology. 

Toni is both a technically accomplished embryologist and an organizational wizard.  The IVF lab is an incredibly complex environment, and Toni attends to literally hundreds of details in a manner that assures the type of ideal function that is essential to optimizing outcomes.  In an arena where the requirement that embryologists work together as a unified team is paramount, Toni’s leadership assures seamless performance in every aspect of embryologic patient care.  Toni commands the respect of embryologists, doctors, and nurses not only because of her unparalleled capabilities, but, more importantly, because her motivation to perform at that level is her dedication to each and every IRMS patient.
