Sheri Klein, with degrees in both Biology and Medical Technology, started her career in human embryology in 1986, in Charleston, SC. In one of the very few IVF programs in the South at the time, Sheri was involved in developing effective basic embryological procedures in the early days of human IVF.

With years of experience assisting several IVF laboratories, Sheri joined the embryology team at Saint Barnabas in 1998.  Through the years, Sheri’s fascination with the human embryo at its earliest stages of development has only increased.  Having witnessed first-hand the dramatic improvements that have occurred in human embryology over the past 20 years, Sheri finds it thrilling to be able to personally offer a level of advanced technical care of early embryos that was once unimaginable.
