Patricia Rucinsky, RN, BSN
Director of Clinical Operations
Pat has been with the Institute for Reproductive Medicine and Science since 2000, after working with the Saint Barnabas Health Care System since 1985. In her role as Director of Clinical Operations, Pat overseas all clinical staff at IRMS as well as the daily clinical activities for all IRMS offices.
Pat graduated from Seton Hall University, College of Nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1977. Prior to coming to IRMS, she worked as a nurse in a variety of neonatal and pediatric intensive care settings and also held a number of administrative and managerial positions.
Patricia refers to herself as a “just a regular person” – but her colleagues and patients have come to know and appreciate other sides of this dedicated professional. They see an experienced teacher with a wealth of knowledge, a calm and soothing nurse with a talent for making people smile, and a compassionate caregiver who has earned the admiration, respect and love of her co-workers and patients. In short, they see not simply a “regular person”, but an extraordinary individual whose talent, generosity, spirit and wit inspires everyone around her.
When she is not working, Patricia says that she is an avid Yankees and Giants fan who likes to cook and spend time with her family and her husband of over 36 years.
