A nurse is available in the Livingston office every morning, except July 4th, Christmas, and New Year’s Day, from 6:30 a.m. to 9 am to answer questions related to your cycle or medication protocols. A nurse is available in the Hoboken office from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. Please note that when calling your nurse, you may get a voice mailbox. Unless it is an emergency, please leave a message. Emergencies should be directed to the main number. Every effort will be made to return calls on a daily basis; however, non-emergency calls can be expected to be returned within 48 hours. Patients currently in cycle will receive instructions on the day of their visit. Monitoring call backs are between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 6 p.m.
If you have an emergency during office hours, please call the main number. If you have an emergency after office hours or need to speak with the nurse on call, please call the main number and the answering service will promptly page her.
IMPORTANT…If day 1 of your period falls on a weekend, please call our main number and the answering service will page the nurse on call. She will give you appropriate instructions.
To schedule surgeries, HSG’s, saline sonograms, semen washing, semen analysis, anti-sperm anti-body testing, sperm cryopreservation, follow-up appointments or to reschedule an appointment, please call your physician’s administrative coordinator listed above.
