Welcome To The IRMS Patient Portal
At IRMS, we strive to make communication as simple as possible for you. Therefore, we are pleased to invite you to sign in and start using our Patient Portal.
The Patient Portal allows you to access some of your diagnostic lab results, send messages to staff, view medication orders, sign consent forms, receive results and medication instructions (when in treatment cycle), and view your treatment cycle flowsheet. You will also be able to view and confirm future appointments, request simple changes to your demographic information and view and pay balances.
Here are a few pointers to enhance your portal experience:
- A text or email (your preference) will be sent to you to advise when information has been updated in the Patient Portal for you to view.
- Morning monitoring call backs are typically done by 3:00-4:00 pm. Call your office if you have not received your text/email or a call by that time. When possible, review your portal instructions before 3:00 pm so that you may speak with a nurse, while we are still in the office, if you have questions about your instructions.
- Questions regarding information viewed on the Portal should be directed to your team during regular office hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm). The exception would be questions to clarify or discuss cycle medications when in a treatment cycle.
- Messages sent to staff (groups) via the Patient Portal will be answered during our regular office hours only. Call the office to report day 1 or discuss other time sensitive issues.
